一緒に働いてくれる料理人を募集します。

A new restaurant, opened on April 2019.
We are now hiring cooks.

北新地のや満袮、名古屋の重谷などで修行し、
今回初めて自分の店を持ちました。
や満袮の大将の寿司と人柄に惹かれ、
今もたくさんの寿司職人を目指す若者たちが、
大将の元で修行に励んでいます。
高級店であっても、どんな方に対しても変わらない、気取りのない接客、
探究心に裏付けられた妥協のない料理。
大将の元で培ってきた経験や知識を、私も、次の世代に引き継いでいく使命があります。

ご縁あって、この有馬の地で、
自分の店を開くことになりました。
一緒にお店を作っていけるスタッフを募集しています。
住み込み、寮なども用意できます。

After training at YAMANE in Kitashinchi,
and at OMOYA in Nagoya,
I have recently opened my own restaurant.
There still are many young chefs who are training to be sushi chefs at YAMANE,
due to the great personality of their head chef.
He never changes his attitude, and always shows great hospitality to the guests,
all the while being uncompromising in his continuous research in his cooking.
I have a mission, and that is to properly hand down the experiences and knowledge that
I have accumulated while I worked in YAMANE to the next generation.

By fate and chance, I was able to open my own restaurant of this region in Arima.
I am looking for staff members who can work together at this restaurant.
We can offer live-in or dormitory accommodations.
